1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bigblockconstruction.com (the “Site”), operated by Big Block Construction (“Big Block Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

Big Block Construction is a family-owned and operated general contracting business serving Southern California since 2001. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our services include general contracting (remodeling, additions, renovations, tenant improvements, and ground-up construction), block and masonry work, and concrete work.

3. Informational Purpose Only

Submitting an inquiry, request, or message through the Site does not create a contractual relationship, reserve services, or obligate us to perform any work. We will respond to inquiries as our schedule allows. Any estimate we provide is subject to a site evaluation and a formal written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Block Construction and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Block Construction and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
